Company formation and business in Armenia
Support with registering a company in Armenia: preparing and translating documents, state registration, choosing a tax regime with a local adviser and preparing for a bank account. Hamta acts as facilitator and coordinator; final decisions rest with the responsible Armenian authorities.

- 2

Preparing shareholders' passports and, if they are not present, a power of attorney with certified translation and notarisation or apostille, depending on the issuing country.
- 3
Registered address
Setting the company's registered address in Armenia, used for official correspondence.
- 4
Charter and state registration
Drafting the charter and registering the company with Armenia's State Register of Legal Entities.
- 5

Transparency and limits
- Opening a corporate bank account depends on the bank's review and approval (KYC/KYB), and Hamta does not guarantee the outcome.
- Registering a company does not by itself create a right of residence; residence is granted by the Armenian migration authorities under the conditions in force at the time.
- Tax rates and regimes are set by current Armenian law and may change; the regime should be chosen with a local accountant.
- The time each step takes depends on the registration and tax authorities and the bank, and cannot be guaranteed.
